1. On October 7, 2010 James D. Weaver, USA, notified us pursuant to section 21
para. 1 Securities Trading Act, that the stake of James D. Weaver in the voting
rights in Agennix AG, Fraunhoferstraße 20, 82152 Martinsried, Germany on 4
October 2010 fell below the thresholds of 15 % and 10 % and on this day amounts
to 8.26 %. This corresponds to 3,420,524 voting rights arising out of 3,420,524
shares in Agennix AG.
5.34 % of all voting rights in Agennix AG (2,210,987 voting rights) are
attributed to James D. Weaver pursuant to section 22 para. 1 no. 1 Securities
Trading Act. The chain of controlled undertaking is as follows:

─ Cain Investments Limited L.P.

2.92 % of all voting rights in Agennix AG (1,209,537 voting rights) are directly
held by James D. Weaver. Thereof, 1.95 % of all voting rights in Agennix AG
(806,114 voting rights) are held by James D. Weaver as trustee with joint power
of disposition together with Margaret W. Weaver of several trusts incorporated
under the laws of Texas and 0.70 % of all voting rights in Agennix AG (290,343
voting rights) are held by James D. Weaver as trustee with sole power of
disposition of several trusts incorporated under the laws of Texas.

2. On October 7, 2010 Mary H. Cain, USA, notified us pursuant to section 21
para. 1 Securities Trading Act, that the stake of Mary H. Cain in the voting
rights in Agennix AG, Fraunhoferstraße 20, 82152 Martinsried, Germany on 4
October 2010 fell below the thresholds of 15 % and 10 % and on this day amounts
to 8.02 %. This corresponds to 3,321,380 voting rights arising out of 3,321,380
shares in Agennix AG.
5.34 % of all voting rights in Agennix AG (2,210,987 voting rights) are
attributed to Mary H. Cain pursuant to section 22 para. 1 no. 1 Securities
Trading Act. These voting rights are held through the following entity
controlled by Mary H. Cain:

 Cain Investments Limited L.P.
2.68 % of all voting rights in Agennix AG (1,110,393 voting rights), are held by
Mary H. Cain as trustee with sole power of disposition of a trust incorporated
under the laws of Texas.

3. On October 7, 2010 Margaret W. Weaver, USA, notified us pursuant to section
21 para. 1 Securities Trading Act, that the stake of Margaret W. Weaver in the
voting rights in Agennix AG, Fraunhoferstraße 20, 82152 Martinsried, Germany on
4 October 2010 fell below the thresholds of 15 % and 10 % and on this day
amounts to 7.99 %. This corresponds to 3,310,450 voting rights arising out of
3,310,450 shares in Agennix AG.

5.34 % of all voting rights in Agennix AG (2,210,987 voting rights) are
attributed to Margaret W. Weaver pursuant to section 22 para. 1 no. 1 Securities
Trading Act. The chain of controlled undertaking is as follows:

2.65 % of all voting rights in Agennix AG (1,099,463 voting rights) are directly
held by Margaret W. Weaver. Thereof, 1.95 % of all voting rights in Agennix AG
(806,114 voting rights) are held by Margaret W. Weaver as trustee with joint
power of disposition together with James D. Weaver of several trusts
incorporated under the laws of Texas and 0.62 % of all voting rights in Agennix
AG (256,310 voting rights) are held by Margaret W. Weaver as trustee with sole
power of disposition of several trusts incorporated under the laws of Texas.

4. On October 7, 2010 Cain Asset Management LLC, Houston, Texas, USA, notified
us pursuant to section 21 para. 1 Securities Trading Act, that the stake of Cain
Asset Management LLC in the voting rights in Agennix AG, Fraunhoferstraße 20,
82152 Martinsried, Germany on 4 October 2010 fell below the threshold of 10 %
and on this day amounts to 5.34 %. This corresponds to 2,210,987 voting rights
arising out of 2,210,987 shares in Agennix AG.

5.34 % of all voting rights in Agennix AG (2,210,987 voting rights) are
attributed to Cain Asset Management LLC pursuant to section 22 para. 1 no. 1
Securities Trading Act. These voting rights are held through the following
entity controlled by Cain Asset Management LLC:

5. On October 7, 2010 Cain Investments Limited L.P., Houston, Texas, USA,
notified us pursuant to section 21 para. 1 Securities Trading Act, that the
stake of Cain Investments Limited L.P. in the voting rights in Agennix AG,
Fraunhoferstraße 20, 82152 Martinsried, Germany on 4 October 2010 fell below the
threshold of 10 % and on this day amounts to 5.34 %. This corresponds to
2,210,987 voting rights arising out of 2,210,987 shares in Agennix AG directly
held by Cain Investments Limited L.P.
