On October 28, 2010 Cain Asset Management LLC, Houston, Texas, USA, notified us
pursuant to section 21 para. 1 Securities Trading Act, that the stake of Cain
Asset Management LLC in the voting rights in Agennix AG on 27 October 2010 fell
below the threshold of 5 % and on this day amounts to 4.67 %. This corresponds
to 1,936,005 voting rights arising out of 1,936,005 shares in Agennix AG.

4.67 % of all voting rights in Agennix AG (1,936,005 voting rights) are
attributed to Cain Asset Management LLC pursuant to section 22 para. 1 no. 1
Securities Trading Act. These voting rights are held through the following
entity controlled by Cain Asset Management LLC:

Cain Investments Limited L.P.

On October 28, 2010 Cain Investments Limited L.P., Houston, Texas, USA, notified
us pursuant to section 21 para. 1 Securities Trading Act, that the stake of Cain
Investments Limited L.P. in the voting rights in Agennix AG, Fraunhoferstraße
20, 82152 Martinsried, Germany on 27 October 2010 fell below the threshold of 5
% and on this day amounts to 4.67 %. This corresponds to 1,936,005 voting rights
arising out of 1,936,005 shares in Agennix AG directly held by Cain Investments
Limited L.P.
