September, 2010 the voting interest held by Senrigan Capital Group Limited,
Central, Hong Kong in Balda AG, Bergkirchener Street 228, D-32549 Bad
Oyenhausen, Germany exceeded the threshold of 3 % and amounts to 3.18 %, i.e.
1,723,365 voting rights at this day.
3,18 % i.e. 1,723,365 voting rights are attributable to Senrigan Capital Group
Limited in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
Name of the shareholder holding directly 3 % voting rights or more which are
attributed to Senrigan Capital Group Limited is Senrigan Master Fund.
