St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands (euro adhoc) - Jersey/Vienna
November 24, 2010 - On the basis of the authorization granted at the
Annual General Meeting held on October 7, 2009, the Board of
Directors of AI Airports International Limited (AI) decided on
November 22, 2010 to make a capital repayment in cash to shareholders
of EUR 1.12 for each eligible certificate. Thereby the total amount
of all capital repayments distributed to the AI certificate holders
hitherto increases to EUR 5.17 per certificate.

The board has determined that in order to make a timely distribution
following the EGM, it was necessary to avoid waiting for the Parma
deal with MB to close and as stated at the EGM, to proceed by
distributing a substantial portion of the 1.20 announced at the EGM.
Therefore, the Board has decided to distribute 1.12 now rather than
to wait a currently indeterminate amount of time to distribute the
remaining 8 cents. The sale of AI´s shares in Parma to MB continues
to progress.

Oesterreichische Kontrollbank Aktiengesellschaft ("OeKB"), which
holds 69.999.997 shares in the company on the account of certificate
holders, will transfer the portion of the capital repayment received
to the certificate holders by crediting the respective amounts to the
account holding banks. This transfer will take place as of November
30, 2010, based on the deposit account balances booked on November
29, 2010. OeKB will not make any payments for treasury certificates
held by the company.

Trading ex-capital repayment will take place starting on November 30,
2010.

This fourth capital repayment follows the initial capital repayment
amounting to EUR 2.25 per certificate at the beginning of June 2009,
the second capital repayment amounting to EUR 0.70 per certificate at
the end of October 2009, and the third capital repayment amounting to
EUR 1.10 per certificate at the end of August 2010.
