Neuhausen am Rheinfall / Schweiz - Die Aktionäre der LifeWatch AG
(SIX Swiss Exchange: LIFE) haben an der Generalversammlung in Zürich
sämtlichen Anträgen des Verwaltungsrates zugestimmt.

Dr. Yacov Geva, Urs Wettstein, Gregory Henry Volkart, Dr. Abraham
Sartani und Jürg Stahl sind für eine einjährige Amtsdauer als
Mitglieder des Verwaltungsrates wiedergewählt.
