ISOFOTON to attend INTERSOLAR 2011

Madrid (ots) - ISFOFOTON will be attending the 20th INTERSOLAR
Exhibition, where it will present solutions designed to meet a range
of different needs in the generation of photovoltaic solar power.

A key solar power and environmental industry event, INTERSOLAR
will be taking place at the New Munich Trade Fair Centre in Germany
on 8-10 June 2011.

On show will be ISOFOTON?s range of ISF panels (ISF- 250 and
ISF-280, featuring 60 and 70 cells respectively), which comprises
modules (with a white, black or transparent rear layer) that can be
modified in line with customer requirements and installation
aesthetics. The company will also be presenting its new ISF 480-Black
module, comprising 120 cells. These products represent ideal
technical solutions in projects requiring the architectural
integration of solar power systems. They also provide high energy
performance, thanks to the incorporation of microstructured glass and
stringent controls in the manufacture of high-efficiency cells,
optimising low-irradiance performance.

Along with its modules, ISF ISOFOTON will also be putting its
ISOTRACKER range on display. These complete solutions comprise
double- and single-axis trackers and photovoltaic panels using
conventional or High-Concentration technology. The main advantage of
double-axis ISOTRACKER products is their enhanced energy performance,
which in current installations can be as much as 42% higher than in
fixed installations (depending on the environmental and solar
radiation conditions).

ISOFOTON will also be presenting its latest developments in
high-concentration technology, namely the GEN 2 module and trackers
developed in conjunction with INDRA. Area Manager Vicente Díaz will
be hosting a number of technical sessions at the ISOFOTON stand to
give the public a closer look at the latest strides the company has
taken in HCPV.

On display at the stand will be the photovoltaic boat Nessuno,
which is covered with ISOFOTON cells and can reach a speed of nine
knots.
