Oberkirch (euro adhoc) - PWO agrees on dividend proposal for fiscal
year 2011

Oberkirch, March 27, 2012 - As already reported by Progress-Werk
Oberkirch AG on March 14, 2012, the Company has completed a
successful fiscal year 2011. An increase in Group revenue of 25.3
percent to EUR 331.1 million (p/y: EUR 264.2 million) resulted in a
disproportional increase in net income for the period and earnings
per share of around 40 percent to EUR 9.0 million (p/y: EUR 6.5
million) and EUR 3.61 per share (p/y: EUR 2.58), respectively.

The company expects this positive business development to continue in
the future. Therefore, today the Management Board and the Supervisory
Board have decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting on May
24, 2012 to increase the dividend to EUR 1.40 per share (p/y: EUR
1.00). This underlines the PWO shares´ claim as a high-yield equity
investment.
