exceeded the threshold of 3% on 30 April 2012 and amounted to 3.18% (8,006,877
voting rights) as per that date. All voting rights are attributed pursuant to
section 22 (1), sentence 1, no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.

BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, DE, USA, has notified us pursuant to
section 21 (1) WpHG, that its percentage of voting rights in our company
exceeded the threshold of 3% on 30 April 2012 and amounted to 3.18% (8,006,877
voting rights) as per that date. All voting rights are attributed pursuant to
section 22 (1), sentence 1, no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.
