company fell below the threshold of 3 percent on May 11, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 2.66 percent (equalling 262,301 voting rights). Of these 2.66
percent 0.83 percentage points (equalling 81,821 voting rights) are attributed
to Massachusetts Financial Services Company (MFS), Boston, MA, USA, pursuant to
sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG while 1.83 percentage points (equalling
180,480 voting rights) are attributed to the notifier pursuant to sec. 22 para.
1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
