rights in our company fell below the threshold of 3% on 24 May 2012 and amounted
to 2.95% (7,439,106 voting rights) as per that date.

All voting shares are attributed pursuant to section 22, paragraph 1, sentence
1, no. 6 WpHG.

Baillie Gifford & Co, Edinburgh, United Kingdom, has notified us on 29 May 2012
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its percentage of voting rights in our
company fell below the threshold of 3% on 24 May 2012 and amounted to 2.88%
(7,261,186 voting rights) as per that date.

0.09% of voting rights (221,653 voting rights) are attributed to Baillie Gifford
& Co, Edinburgh, United Kingdom, pursuant to section 22, paragraph 1, sentence
1, no. 6 WpHG.

2.79% of voting rights (7,039,533 voting rights) are attributed to Baillie
