Announcement according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG (share)
1. On May 30, 2012, Mr. Mathias Seidler, Germany, has notified us pursuant to
section 21 (1) WpHG, that his percentage of voting rights in Derby Cycle AG,
Cloppenburg, Germany, has fallen below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.57%
of the voting rights (192,730 voting rights) as of May 29, 2012.
All of the aforementioned voting rights are held via the A/M/S GmbH that is
controlled by Mr. Mathias Seidler and attributed to him pursuant to section 22
(1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
2. On May 30, 2012, A/M/S GmbH, Cloppenburg, Germany, has notified us pursuant
to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its percentage of voting rights in Derby Cycle AG,
Cloppenburg, Germany, has fallen below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.57%
of the voting rights (192,730 voting rights) as of May 29, 2012.
