industries, today announced that it has dismissed its independent
registered public accounting firm, Deloitte & Touche GmbH
Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, and noted that this action is not
the result of any disagreement between Identive and Deloitte on any
matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement
disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure. The Company's Audit
Committee expects to engage a new independent auditor within the next
two weeks.
