St. Marien, June 19, 2012 - Today's 14th Annual General Meeting
granted discharge to the Members of the Supervisory- and the
Management Board after submission of the annual financial statements
as of December 31, 2011. Additionally elected to the Supervisory
Board were Mr. Kurt Helletzgruber and Mr. Christian Loimayr.
KPMG Austria Wirtschaftsprüfungs- und Steuerberatungsgesellschaft
Linz was appointed to be the auditor for the annual financial
statements and the consolidated financial statements 2012.
Beyond that the authorized capital in the amount of up to 22 million
bearer shares was newly established.
