6-month report

While sales continue to be in line with the expectations a.i.s. AG
has in recent weeks processed and adjusted outstanding balances of
the year 2011 as well as the first half-year figures 2012 based on
the now accessible completed old company documents. Some of these
documents could be viewed only in the last 3 months, which we had to
take into account producing delays in the completion. The in 2008
published results could now be cleaned of its historical changes,
which lead to the balance of 2011, the base for future business. The
balance of 2011 will therefore reflect the current financial picture
of the company. The a.i.s. AG "launches" it with a turnover of EUR
1.85 Million and a result of EUR 152 Thousand. The results have been
published.

The half-year figures 2012 show a clear rise of business within the
first 6 months 2012 of EUR 18.7 Million corresponding to a tenfold
rise during the first half year 2012 when compared to the previous
year. The company reports a result of EUR 85.8 Thousand within this
period including provisions for litigation costs (as reported) and
new sales activities.

As more difficult appears actually the audit of the company which
requests according strong examination regulations an accurate review
of the previous years and there reporting. This could still not be
complete. In August, just more legal documents have become accessible
which might demonstrate the extensive problems within the revision of
earlier operations. We do not expect negative impact on the financial
figures, but see mainly clarity about the past "restructuring
attempts" and their costs from 2002 ... the 2007, so far potential
claims in favor of the company. The confirmation of balances is
therefore, against our expectations in July, delaying further more.

This will create some more delay for the planned shareholders
meeting. We expect, however, that these will be announced in the
coming weeks. We are comfortable to finalize the restructuring by the
shareholders meeting in the last quarter of the year.
