Announcement according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG (share)
1. On October 4, 2012, The Capital Group Companies, Inc., Los Angeles, USA, has
notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights
in Delticom AG, Hanover, Germany has fallen below the threshold of 10% and
amounted to 9.99% (1,184,025 voting rights) as of September 28, 2012.
Of these voting rights, 9.99% (1,184,025 voting rights) are to be attributed to
The Capital Group Companies, Inc. persuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6
WpHG in connection with section 22 (1) sentence 2 and sentence 3 WpHG.
2. On October 5, 2012, Capital Research and Management Company, Los Angeles,
USA, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of
voting rights in Delticom AG, Hanover, Germany has fallen below the threshold of
10% and amounted to 9.99% (1,184,025 voting rights) as of September 28, 2012.
Of these voting rights, 9.99% (1,184,025 voting rights) are to be attributed to
Capital Research and Management Company persuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1
no. 6 WpHG.
