Announcement according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG (share)

On September 6, 2012, The Capital Group Companies, Inc., Los Angeles, USA, has
notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its percentage of voting
rights in Delticom AG, Hanover, Germany, has exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%
and 10% and amounted to 10.16% of the voting rights (1,203,640 voting rights) as
of September 1, 2012.

Of these voting rights, 10.16% (1,203,640 voting rights) are to be attributed to
The Capital Group Companies, Inc., pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6
WpHG in connection with section 22 (1) sentence 2 and 3 WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in Delticom
AG are to be attributed to The Capital Group Companies, Inc.:
- SMALLCAP World Fund, Inc.
- American Funds Insurance Series - Global Small Capitalization Fund

This notification of voting rights of The Capital Group Companies, Inc. is
solely based on an internal re-organization of The Capital Group Companies, Inc.
and its group companies. Notifications of voting rights issued by Capital
Research and Management Company, SMALLCAP World Fund, Inc. and American Funds
Insurance Series - Global Small Capitalization Fund are not affected by this
notification.
