1. In accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG BlackRock, Inc., New York, NY,
U.S.A has informed us that the percentage holding of the voting rights in Wincor
Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany has crossed the threshold of 3% on 16.10.2012 and
amounts to 3,09% (1023839 voting rights) on that day.
All of these voting rights are attributable to BlackRock, Inc. pursuant to
Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

2. In accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc.,
Wilmington, DE, U.S.A has informed us that the percentage holding of the voting
rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany has crossed the threshold of 3%
on 16.10.2012 and amounts to 3,09% (1023839 voting rights) on that day.
All of these voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc. pursuant
to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

3. In accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG BlackRock Financial
Management, Inc., New York, NY, U.S.A has informed us that the percentage
holding of the voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany has
crossed the threshold of 3% on 16.10.2012 and amounts to 3,09% (1023839 voting
rights) on that day.
All of these voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Financial Management,
Inc. pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with
sent. 2 WpHG.
