adhoc) - Agennix AG (Frankfurt Stock Exchange: AGX) today announced
that the Company will hold a conference call to discuss financial
results for the third quarter and first nine months of 2012 and to
provide a business update. The results will be published on Friday,
November 30, 2012 in advance of the conference call. Please note that
this date is a change from the previously announced date of November
8, 2012.

The conference call, which will be conducted in English, will be held
on Friday, November 30, 2012 at 9 AM EST/3 PM CET. A live webcast
will be available on the Agennix Web site at www.agennix.com. A
