Company Information/Outlook until 2015

München (euro adhoc) - At yesterday's German Equity Forum in
Frankfurt, DATA MODUL presented its strategic targets until the year
2015. The group's revenue target is 180 million euros (2011: 140.9
million euros) by 2015, based exclusively on organic growth. This
corresponds to an average annual growth rate of around 6% for the
years to come. The EBIT yield in 2015 is expected to remain virtually
stable at approximately 8% (2011: 7.2%). In addition, the targets for
2015 assume a return on equity (ROE) of 25% and free cash flows of 10
million euros. Shareholders will benefit from this favourable
development through a higher distribution. The dividend is projected
to exceed 1.00 euro per share by 2015.

The growth expected until 2015 will be based primarily on the ever
increasing demand for the customised solutions and proprietary
products of DATA MODUL, which are bundled in the Systems business.
The transition of the business model from distribution towards higher
added value will secure sustainable strong growth in the future.
Furthermore, DATA MODUL plans to further expand its international
presence. The export ratio is expected to increase to around 40% by
2015. The main growth impetus is expected to stem from the USA and
Northern Europe. In addition, the entry into several emerging markets
such as China, Turkey, and Eastern Europe is currently being
examined. Although the clear priority is organic growth, acquisitions
are also part of the growth strategy. Acquisitions are given special
consideration for the entry into emerging markets, but also to expand
the presence in the USA. Possible acquisitions represent additional
potential that is not yet considered in the current targets.

DATA MODUL is excellently prepared for the expected growth. The
targeted revenue can be achieved at the Weikersheim facility without
any significant investment. Thanks to the extensive research and
development efforts of recent years, the technological basis for
future growth has already been established by investments in clean
rooms, Easy-Touch technology, embedded systems, and optical bonding
technology.

The development in the current year already demonstrates the success
of the business model's transition. Despite a challenging economic
environment, DATA MODUL's order entry in the first nine months of the
current year reached 119.4 million euros, a 6% increase over the
previous year. This growth resulted exclusively from the Systems
business (+31%) whereas the Display Segment reported a decline of 9%.
The order backlog rose 9% to 83.7 million euros. This is the highest
level in the company's history and provides a strong basis for
expected growth in the years to come.
