Announcement according to Article 21, Section 1a of the WpHG (report on first
admission of shares)

1. On November 14, 2012, M.M. Warburg & CO KGaA, Hamburg, Germany, has notified
us pursuant to section 21 (1a) WpHG, that its percentage of voting rights in
Firstextile AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, has exceeded the threshold of 3% and
amounted to 3.05% (360,000 voting rights) as of November 9, 2012, the first
listing day of Firstextile AG's shares on the regulated market (Prime Standard)
of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Of these voting rights, 3.05% (360,000 voting rights) are attributed to M.M.
Warburg & CO KGaA pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 2 WpHG.

Attributed voting rights are held via the following shareholder whose holdings
of voting rights amount to 3% each or more in Firstextile AG.

- Macquarie Capital (Europe) Limited, London, United Kingdom

2. On November 14, 2012, M.M. Warburg & CO Gruppe (GmbH & Co.) KGaA, Hamburg,
Germany, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1a) WpHG, that its percentage
of voting rights in Firstextile AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, has exceeded the
threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.05% (360,000 voting rights) as of November 9,
2012, the first listing day of Firstextile AG's shares on the regulated market
(Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Of these voting rights, 3.05% (360,000 voting rights) are attributed to M.M.
Warburg & CO Gruppe KGaA (GmbH & Co.) pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no.
2 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.

Attributed voting rights are held via the following shareholder whose holdings
of voting rights amount to 3% each or more in Firstextile AG.
