Announcement according to Article 21, Section 1a of the WpHG (report on first
admission of shares)

1. On November 16, 2012, Mrs. Yang Yang Chan, Hong Kong, has notified us
pursuant to section 21 (1a) WpHG, that her percentage of voting rights in
Firstextile AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, amounted to 7.55% (891,000 voting
rights) as of November 9, 2012, the day on which Firstextile AG's shares were
admitted to trading on the regulated market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange.

Of these voting rights, 7.55% (891,000 voting rights) are attributed to Mrs.
Yang Yang Chan pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Attributed voting rights are held via the following company that is controlled
by Mrs. Yang Yang Chan and whose holdings of voting rights amounts to 3% or more
in Firstextile AG.

- Mega Success Asia Pacific Investment Limited, Central Hong Kong, Hong Kong

2. On November 16, 2012, Mr. Lok Ka Hang, Hong Kong, has notified us pursuant to
section 21 (1a) WpHG, that his percentage of voting rights in Firstextile AG,
Frankfurt am Main, Germany, amounted to 7.55% (891,000 voting rights) as of
November 9, 2012, the day on which Firstextile AG's shares were admitted to
trading on the regulated market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange.

Of these voting rights, 7.55% (891,000 voting rights) are attributed to Mr. Lok
Ka Hang pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

percentage of voting rights in Firstextile AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany,
amounted to 7.55% (891,000 voting rights) as of November 9, 2012 the day on
which Firstextile AG's shares were admitted to trading on the regulated market
(Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
