INTER-OPTIK GmbH & Co. KG gemäß § 21 Absatz 1 WpHG mitgeteilt:
Der Stimmrechtsanteil der Fielmann INTER-OPTIK GmbH & Co. KG an der Fielmann
Aktiengesellschaft hat am 28. November 2012 die Schwelle von 30% sowie die
Schwelle von 50% überschritten und beträgt nunmehr 51% ( 21.420.000
Stimmrechte).
Hinweis:
Die Überschreitung der Schwellen beruht auf einer Aktienübertragung von der
Fielmann Familienstiftung auf die Fielmann INTER-OPTIK GmbH & Co. KG. Der
Stimmrechtsanteil der Fielmann Familienstiftung hat sich hierdurch nicht
geändert, da ihr die übertragenden Aktien gemäß § 22 Absatz 1 Ziffer 1 WpHG
weiterhin zuzurechnen sind.
