informed us on December 4, 2012 that the percentage holding of the voting rights
in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany has fallen below threshold of 3% on
November 29, 2012 and amounts to 2,96% (979522 voting rights) on that day.
Thereof 0.09% (29387 voting rights) are attributable to AMUNDI S.A. pursuant to
Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG.
