On the 21 December 2012, Fielmann Aktiengesellschaft, Hamburg, was notified of
the circumstances below in accordance with § 25a WpHG (German Securities'
Trading Act):
As at 19 December 2012, the share of voting rights held by fielmann INTER-OPTIK
GmbH & Co. KG in Fielmann Aktiengesellschaft exceeded the threshold of 5%, 10%,
15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 50%, so that the shareholding now comprises 55%
(23,100,000 voting rights). The voting rights based on financial instruments
(Zeichnungsscheinen), which will mature after registration in the commercial
register.
N.B.: The shares attributable to Mr Günther Fielmann under the terms of § 22
para. 1 section 1 WpHG shall remain unaffected by the above assignment. For more
information, kindly refer to the notification published by Fielmann
Aktiengesellschaft on 19 November 2012 in accordance with § 15 WpHG.
