Voting rights: publications pursuant to Section § 26 para. 1 of the German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG)

1. H & W Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Hamburg, Germany, informed us in a
letter dated 14/02/2013 as the party obliged to provide information that due to
the acquisition of shares on 13/02/2013, H & W Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH has
exceeded the threshold of 3 %, 5 %, 10 %, 15 % and 20 % and now holds 24.90 %,
equivalent to 2,115,875 of a total of 8,497,490 voting rights in Hoeft & Wessel
AG, Hannover / Germany.

2. Dr. Thorsten Bieg, Germany, informed us in a letter dated
14/02/2013 as the party obliged to provide information that due to the
acquisition of shares on 13/02/2013, Dr. Thorsten Bieg has exceeded the
threshold of 3 %, 5 %, 10 %, 15 % and 20 % and now holds 24.90 %, equivalent to
2,115,875 of a total of 8,497,490 voting rights in Hoeft & Wessel AG, Hannover
/ Germany.

Of these, Dr. Thorsten Bieg is entitled to 24.90 % (2,115,875 voting rights) in
accordance with Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG). In the process, all voting rights allocated to Dr. Thorsten
Bieg, are held by H & W Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Hamburg, Germany, as a
company controlled by Dr. Thorsten Bieg and whose share of voting rights in
Hoeft & Wessel AG amount to 3% or more.
