Aktiengesellschaft, Schrobenhausen went above the threshold of 5%, 10%, 15%,
20%, 25% and 30% on February 16, 2013 and amounted to 48.19% (8,256,246 shares)
on such date. 41.68% of the voting rights (7,139,888 shares) are held directly
in accordance with sec. 25a of the WpHG based on a pooling-agreement, 0% of the
voting rights (0 shares) are held in accordance with sec. 25 of the WpHG and
48.19% of the voting rights (8,256,246 shares) are held in accordance with sec.
21 and sec. 22 para. 1 of the WpHG. The other instrument in accordance with sec.
25a of the WpHG is due, when a party to the pooling-agreement sells shares to a
third party, and such other instrument expires, when the pooling-agreement
ceases for the person obliged to make the notification.

- The voting interest of Maria Elisabeth Bauer, Germany in BAUER
Aktiengesellschaft, Schrobenhausen went above the threshold of 5%, 10%, 15%,
20%, 25% and 30% on February 16, 2013 and amounted to 48.19% (8,256,246 shares)
on such date. 47.70% of the voting rights (8,171,246 shares) are held directly
in accordance with sec. 25a of the WpHG based on a pooling-agreement, 0% of the
voting rights (0 shares) are held in accordance with sec. 25 of the WpHG and
48.19% of the voting rights (8,256,246 shares) are held in accordance with sec.
21 and sec. 22 para. 1 of the WpHG. The other instrument in accordance with sec.
25a of the WpHG is due, when a party to the pooling-agreement sells shares to a
third party, and such other instrument expires, when the pooling-agreement

- The voting interest of Prof. Thomas Karl Bauer, Germany in BAUER
Aktiengesellschaft, Schrobenhausen went above the threshold of 5%, 10%, 15%,
20%, 25% and 30% on February 16, 2013 and amounted to 48.19% (8,256,246 shares)
on such date. 32.64% of the voting rights (5,591,220 shares) are held directly
in accordance with sec. 25a of the WpHG based on a pooling-agreement, 0% of the
voting rights (0 shares) are held in accordance with sec. 25 of the WpHG and
48.19% of the voting rights (8,256,246 shares) are held in accordance with sec.
21 and sec. 22 para. 1 of the WpHG. The other instrument in accordance with sec.

Aktiengesellschaft, Schrobenhausen went above the threshold of 5%, 10%, 15%,
20%, 25% and 30% on February 16, 2013 and amounted to 48.19% (8,256,246 shares)
on such date. 47.30% of the voting rights (8,103,606 shares) are held directly
in accordance with sec. 25a of the WpHG based on a pooling-agreement, 0% of the
voting rights (0 shares) are held in accordance with sec. 25 of the WpHG and
48.19% of the voting rights (8,256,246 shares) are held in accordance with sec.

20%, 25% and 30% on February 16, 2013 and amounted to 48.19% (8,256,246 shares)
on such date. 47.30% of the voting rights (8,103,606 shares) are held directly
in accordance with sec. 25a of the WpHG based on a pooling-agreement, 0% of the
voting rights (0 shares) are held in accordance with sec. 25 of the WpHG and

on such date. 42.15% of the voting rights (7,221,246 shares) are held directly
in accordance with sec. 25a of the WpHG based on a pooling-agreement, 0% of the
