Trading Act (WpHG) that its share of voting rights in Symrise AG fell below the
3 % threshold on February 18, 2013 and as of this day amounts to 2.97 %. This
corresponds to 3,513,539 votes.
These 2.97 % (3,513,539 votes) are attributed to it in accordance with Section
22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).
