informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Brenntag AG, Mülheim an der Ruhr, Deutschland, have
fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 02, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 2.92% (this corresponds to 1508609 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.92% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
1508609 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
On April 10, 2013, T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., Baltimore, Maryland, USA
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Brenntag AG, Mülheim an der Ruhr, Deutschland,
have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 02, 2013
and on that day amounted to 2.92% (this corresponds to 1508609 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.44% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1261529 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 0.48% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
247080 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
