1. Notification of voting rights pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), Stockholm, Sweden, has notified us
on April 11, 2013 pursuant to section 21 para.1 WpHG that its percentage of
voting rights in Daimler AG, Stuttgart, Germany exceeded the threshold of 3
% on April 8, 2013 and amounts to 4.10 % (equals: 43,775,548 voting rights)
as per this date. Of these voting rights 4.08 % (equals: 43,579,011 voting
rights) are to be attributed to Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ),
Stockholm, Sweden, pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
Attributed voting rights are held by the following company that is
controlled by Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), Stockholm, Sweden,
and whose holding of voting rights in Daimler AG amounts to 3% or more: SEB
AG, Germany.

2. Notification of voting rights pursuant to section 25 para. 1 WpHG

Moreover, we have received the following notification of voting rights
