* Slight increase in Group revenue
* Consulting revenues up 4 %

* Operating profit (EBIT) at minus EUR 1.0 million

Walldorf, April 24, 2013. REALTECH AG recorded Group revenue of EUR 9.5
million in the first quarter of 2013, which was slightly higher than in the
previous year (first quarter of 2012: EUR 9.4 million). Consulting revenue
increased by 4 % to EUR 6.6 million (EUR 6.4 million) while revenue in the
Software segment fell by 6 % to EUR 2.9 million (EUR 3.1 million).

Income from operations (EBIT) decreased from minus EUR 0.4 million to minus
EUR 1.0 million, primarily as a result of investments in personnel. Net
income decreased accordingly from minus EUR 0.7 million to minus EUR 1.2
million, which corresponds to earnings per share of minus EUR 0.22 compared
to minus EUR 0.13 in Q1/2012.

The Executive Board predicts that the investments in the necessary
restructuring of REALTECH and renewing the portfolio will meet future
market demand and make the company more powerful. However, the fact that
revenue did not increase consistently in the first quarter shows that the
current market environment continues to be ambitious and that REALTEACH can
approach these new markets even better and even faster

Furthermore, several of the new developments will only reach market
maturity in the second half of the year and become available for sale.
These developments continue to take time, especially when they need to be
impressive in the long term with regard to quality and range of functions.
