Dr Claus Gerckens resigns as Member of the Supervisory Board of FP

Birkenwerder, April 25, 2013. Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, (ISIN
DE000FPH9000) hereby announces that the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory
Board Dr Claus Gerckens resigns as Member of the Supervisory Board with
effect from the end of the Annual General Meeting on 27 June 2013 in
accordance with paragraph 10 (5) of the articles of association of the
company.

According to the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) the entire Supervisory
Board will be confirmed or elected at the forthcoming Annual General
Meeting in June.
