Sangerhausen, 22 July 2013 - MIFA Mitteldeutsche Fahrradwerke AG
(WKN/German Securities Number A0B95Y, ISIN DE000A0B95Y8) considers the
issuance of a corporate bond with a volume of EUR 20 to 25 million with a
view to supporting future growth.
For this purpose the management of MIFA will hold discussions with
potential investors. In the course of these discussions a decision will be
made on whether and in what form a corporate bond would represent an
attractive financing instrument for MIFA. The discussions are being held as
part of the regular examination of MIFA's medium-term financing strategy,
which also takes into account company flexibility and planning certainty.
The proceeds from the issuance of the bond could serve to further diversify
the financing structure through the financing of future investments, the
additional expansion of working capital and the refinancing of current
liabilities to banks, in doing so supporting the further organic growth of
MIFA.
