Saarbruecken - August 19th, 2013. ItN Nanovation AG (ISIN DE000A0JL461)
releases a forecast for the financial year 2013 due to a positive business
development in the past week, according to which revenues will range
between EUR 5.5 million and EUR 7.0 million. In the financial year 2012 in
comparison, ItN Nanovation achieved a turnover of EUR 2.2 million. The
company profit in the current financial year will dramatically improve in
accordance with the rise in turnover. The forecast of ItN Nanovation covers
all Group companies. In the event of a successful sale of CeraNovis GmbH -
as desired -in the year 2013 the revenue aim of the company would reduce by
approx. EUR 2 million.
