SNP acquires American company GL Consulting, Inc. in asset deal
Strategic acquisition to further expand solution portfolio
Heidelberg, 24 August 2013 - Heidelberg-based SNP Schneider-Neureither &
Partner AG (ISIN DE0007203705) is acquiring New Jersey-based American
company GL Consulting, Inc. as well as its wholly-owned subsidiary CETOVA
CORP. in an asset deal. The Management of GL Consulting, Inc. and the
Executive Board of SNP AG agreed on this. The Supervisory Board of SNP AG
has already approved the purchase. The purchase is to be closed within the
coming weeks.
In 2012, owner-operated GL Consulting, Inc. generated a consolidated total
revenue of over USD 5 million and offers consulting services as well as a
software-based approach for transformations of ERP systems of the Oracle
Group. With the help of the experience and technology of GL Consulting,
Inc. and CETOVA CORP., SNP AG is able to further expand its own portfolio
of consulting services and especially its own SNP Transformation
Backbone(R) standard software by transformation scenarios with ERP systems
of the Oracle Group. The total purchase price will be in the low
single-digit million euro range.
