In its interim report for the period ended June 30, 2013, the Managing
Board of A.S. Création pointed out that the development of the activities
in Russia would have a major bearing on the accomplishment of the Group's
budgeted results which provided for full-year 2013 Group sales between EUR
210 million and EUR 220 million as well as net profit between EUR 9 million
and EUR 11 million.

In view of the unsatisfactory business performance at the Group's two
Russian companies during the months of July and August - as well as the
subdued overall performance to be expected for the full second half of the
financial year - it now has to be assumed that the Group's budgeted results
for the full year 2013 will presumably not be met. This conclusion was
today reached jointly by the Managing Board and the Audit Committee based
on the figures available. Other than the Russian operations, nearly all of
the other Group companies are in line with or even above their respective
budgeted results for the current fiscal year to date.

It is envisaged that more details can be provided in the interim report on
the period ended September 30, 2013 which is to be published on November 4,
2013.
