Monika Fiala to take over as new CFO of mybet Holding SE

The Supervisory Board of Kiel-based mybet Holding SE (ISIN DE000A0JRU67)
has today appointed Monika Fiala to the Management Board of the company.
The 48-year-old Austrian will take charge of the Finance Division of mybet
Holding on an interim basis from November 1, 2013. Her contract runs
initially for a period of six months. A decision about a long-term
partnership, to which both parties are open, is to be taken at a later
date.

Monika Fiala, MA, has acquired a proven knowledge of the world of finance
and the capital market in various business administration and management
functions at listed and private companies. A business administration
graduate by background, from 2002 to 2010 she was Finance Director of
update Software AG, a listed supplier of customer relations management
solutions. Prior to that Monika Fiala worked for iLab 24 AG as CFO and
Senior Investment Manager, where she guided various start-ups and holdings
from the Internet, software and telecoms sectors. Other career moves took
Fiala to Hilti, Raab Karcher and the Internet service provider KPNQwest.
Monika Fiala was latterly Commercial Director, Program Manager and Sales
Director at IMADEC Executive Education GmbH, a provider of continuous
professional development programmes.

Monika Fiala studied Business Administration at the Vienna University of
Economics and Business Administration, where she also took her MA in 1992.
She holds an Executive MBA from California State University as well as a
Rollins MBA from the Graduate School of Business in Florida.
