Intention to hold AGM

Jersey, 6 May 2015. Atrium European Real Estate Limited
(VSE/Euronext: ATRS), a leading owner, operator and developer of
retail real estate and shopping centres in Central and Eastern
Europe, announces today that it will hold its annual general meeting
("AGM") at 10:00 a.m. (UK time) on Wednesday 27 May 2015 at Atlantic
Hotel, Le Mont de la Pulente, St Brelade, Jersey, JE3 8HE, Channel
Islands.

At this AGM the Company will seek approval from its Shareholders on
the following matters: 1. receiving the Annual Accounts; 2. the
re-appointment of KPMG Channel Islands Limited as auditors of the
Company; 3. authorising the Directors to agree the auditors'
remuneration; 4. renewing the Company's authority to acquire Shares
on the market; and 5. conferring authority on the Directors to issue
Shares and/or securities convertible into Shares.

the AGM and supporting documentation has been published and is
