ATRIUM SIGNS NEW EUR125 MILLION REVOLVING CREDIT FACILITY

Ad hoc announcement - Jersey, 15 October. Atrium European Real Estate
Limited ("the Company") (VSE/Euronext: ATRS), a leading owner,
operator and developer of shopping centres and retail real estate in
Central and Eastern Europe, announces that it has signed a new
five-year unsecured revolving credit facility for a total of EUR125
million which comprises EUR100 million of new credit and an existing
EUR25 million facility which has been extended. The facility was
provided by a syndicate of ING Bank N.V., Citibank N.A. and HSBC Bank
plc. Following this transaction, Atrium has EUR150 million of undrawn
revolving credit facilities.

Commenting on the transaction, Ryan Lee, Group CFO said: "With this
new revolving credit facility we have taken advantage of the
continued current favourable credit market conditions to improve the
Company's financial flexibility and extend the average maturity of
our debt at improved costs."
