On February 11, 2009, Corsair III Investments (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l.,
Luxembourg, Luxembourg, has informed MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital
AG, pursuant to sections 21 para. 1 and 22 para. 1 German Securities
Act (WpHG) about the following:
On Februrary, 6, 2009, Corsair III Investments (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l.,
Luxembourg, exceeded the thresholds of 20% and 25% of voting rights
in MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG. As of that date, Corsair III
Investments (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l held 29,90% of the voting rights
(this corresponds to 5,445,662 voting rights).
Accordingly, each of the following entities associated with Corsair
III Investments (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l. also exceeded the thresholds of
20% and 25% of voting rights in MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG on
February 6, 2009, and indirectly held 29,90% of the voting rights
(this corresponds to 5,445,662 voting rights), which are attributed
to them according to Section 22 (1) No. 1 WpHG:
