Eybl International AG (ISIN: AT0000908157) announces that the court
hearing for the administrative receivership proceedings currently
under way at the Krems provincial court will take place on March 16th
2009. The date, originally set for March 4th 2009, was moved within
the statutory 90-day period due to outstanding valuations still to be
completed. The interim financing needed until the court hearing will
be provided by the Prevent Group. Thus continued production and
deliveries to all customers are assured.

The negotiations with Prevent Group are proceeding according to plan
and are near completion.
