LifeWatch AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: LIFE) announced today that
according to a notification received on July 18, 2009, Patrick
Schildknecht from Uitikon-Waldegg (Contact: Patrick Schildknecht,
c/o SK Holding, Im Ruostel 24, CH-8844 Euthal, +41 (0)79 454 67 71)
now holds directly via SK Holding AG, Im Ruostel 24, CH-8844 Euthal,
652,610 registered shares or 5.1% of the voting rights in LifeWatch
AG after a purchase on July 16, 2009. Patrick Schildknecht is
Chairman of the Board of SK Holding AG and directs all investment
decisions.
