PUBLICATION OF PROSPECTUS AHEAD OF AMSTERDAM LISTING

-Notice of results-

Jersey, 11 August 2009. Further to the press release of 14
January 2009, Atrium European Real Estate Limited ("Atrium" or the
"Company") (ATX: ATR), one of the leading real estate companies
focused on shopping centre investment, management and development
in Central and Eastern Europe, announces that it is expected that
the listing and trading of its ordinary shares on Euronext
Amsterdam and the Vienna Stock Exchange will become effective on 19
August 2009 under the ticker symbol ATRS (ISIN: JE00B3DCF752).

In this respect, the Company today published a prospectus relating to the
listing on Euronext Amsterdam and on the Vienna Stock Exchange. The prospectus
has been approved by the Austrian Financial Market Authority

(Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehörde) and deposited with Oesterreichische
Kontrollbank Aktiengesellschaft in Vienna, and will be passported
into the Netherlands for the purpose of the listing on Euronext
Amsterdam. The prospectus is available at Atrium's website,
www.aere.com.

The Company also advises that it will be announcing its second
quarter and half year results for the period to 30 June 2009 on 21

Commenting on the listing, Rachel Lavine, chief executive of Atrium,
