Stuttgart, August 08, 2006 - Heiler Software AG, one of the leading
providers of electronic product information solutions and catalog
management systems, today publishes its preliminary consolidated
figures according to IFRS for the third quarter of fiscal year
2005/06 (04/01/2006 - 06/30/2006). Since June 2006 the consolidated
financial statements include figures for the OKS Software AG.

The positive sales trend of the last quarters continued further in
the third quarter of fiscal year 2005/06 with an increase in revenues
from 1.48 million Euro to 2.32 million Euro (+57%). The high revenue
growth led to a strong improvement of margins and results when
compared to the corresponding quarter of the prior year and to the
third profitable quarter in a row. Earnings before interest and taxes
(EBIT) increased by 0.41 million Euro from -0.29 million Euro to
+0.12 million Euro. Net income improved from -0.17 million Euro to
+0.23 million Euro (+0.40 million Euro). OKS Software AG contributed
+0.05 million Euro to the net income. Earnings per share improved
from -0.01 Euro to +0.02 Euro (+0.03 Euro). With this, Heiler
Software recognized its best third quarter and the best results for
the 9-month period of a fiscal year in its corporate history.

Shareholders’ equity increased from 17.52 million Euro to 18.79
million Euro when compared to the beginning of the quarter due to the
positive net income and taking into account the issuance of new
shares in conjunction with the acquisition of OKS Software AG and the
exercising of stock options. Cash and cash equivalents increased from
16.49 million Euro to 17.11 million Euro in the third quarter.
Essentially, the increase resulted from the positive operating
Cash-flow and the take-over of cash and cash equivalents in
conjunction with the acquisition of OKS Software AG.

The Company will publish the complete report with the finalized
figures for the third quarter of fiscal year 2005/06 on 08/10/2006.
