Brac Systems Inc. (BAAC, ISIN: CA10374R1073) announces, that shares
of the company will be publicly tradable at the Open Market of
Deutsche Boerse AG in Frankfurt from Monday, June 14, 2010. Renell
Wertpapierhandelsbank AG will act as the market maker for the floor
trading at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, as well as the Company´s
designated sponsor for continuous trading on Xetra, the electronic
trading platform.

is expected to undergo accelerated growth over the coming years.
