according to § 21 para 1 of the WpHG, that the voting interest held in Balda AG,
Bergkirchener Str. 228, 32549 Bad Oeynhausen, Germany, ISIN: DE0005215107, WKN:
521510 has fallen below the threshold of 5% on 23 September 2010 and amounts to
4.74%, i.e. 2,564,499 voting rights on this day. These 4.74% (2,564,499 voting
rights) are attributed to the Gruppe Georg Kofler GmbH pursuant to § 22
paragraph 1, sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG. The attributed voting rights are held by
Kofler Ventures S.a.r.l., Luxembourg.

Dr. Georg Kofler, Germany, has informed us on 5 October 2010 according to § 21
para 1 of the WpHG, that the voting interest held in Balda AG, Bergkirchener
Str. 228, 32549 Bad Oeynhausen, Germany, ISIN: DE0005215107, WKN: 521510 has
fallen below the threshold of 5% on 23 September 2010 and amounts to 4.74%, i.e.
2,564,499 voting rights on this day. These 4,74% (2,564,499 voting rights) are
attributed to Dr. Georg Kofler pursuant to § 22 paragraph 1, sentence 1, No. 1
WpHG. The attributed voting rights are held by the following companies
controlled by Dr. Georg Kofler whose voting rights amount to 3% or more: Kofler
Ventures S.a.r.l., Luxembourg and the Gruppe Georg Kofler GmbH, Munich, Germany.

2.29%, i.e. 1.238.615 voting rights on this day. These 2.29% (1,238,615 voting
