Vienna, 13 October 2010. Kapsch TrafficCom AG (ISIN AT000KAPSCH9),
listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange in the prime market segment,
announces its intention to issue corporate bonds with a volume of
Euro 65 million up to Euro 75 million and a term of seven years. The
bonds shall be offered to both private and institutional investors.
Erste Group Bank AG and Raiffeisen Bank International AG have been
mandated as Joint-Lead Managers.

Kapsch TrafficCom is an international supplier of superior
intelligent transportation systems (ITS). Its principle business is
the development and supply of electronic toll collection (ETC)
systems, in particular for the multi-lane free-flow (MLFF) of the
