bekannt gegeben, dass die LifeWatch AG, Rundbuckstrasse 6, CH-8212
Neuhausen am Rheinfall (Kontakt: Andreas Wettstein, Tel. +41 44 206
16 16), seit einem am 5. November 2011 erfolgten Kauf mit 399´282
eigenen Namenaktien neu 3,066 % der Stimmrechte an der LifeWatch AG
besitzt. Zudem hat die Gesellschaft noch 694'092 Optionen, was an
einem Anteil von 5,33% an Stimmrechten der LifeWatch AG entspricht.
