We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 10
September, 2010 the voting interest held by Senrigan Master Fund, Grand Cayman,
KY1-1104, Cayman Islands in Balda AG, Bergkirchener Street 228, D-32549 Bad
Oyenhausen, Germany exceeded the threshold of 3 % and amounts to 3.18 %, i.e.
1,723,365 voting rights.

Notification pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG

We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 10
September, 2010 the voting interest held by Senrigan Capital Management Limited,
Grand Cayman, KY1-1104, Cayman Islands in Balda AG, Bergkirchener Street 228,
D-32549 Bad Oyenhausen, Germany exceeded the threshold of 3 % and amounts to
3.18 %, (1,723,365 voting rights) at this day. 3.18 % (1,723,365 voting rights)
are attributable to Senrigan Capital Management Limited in accordance with sec.
22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with Sentence 2 of the WpHG.
Name of the shareholder holding directly 3 % voting rights or more which are
attributed to Senrigan Capital Management Limited is Senrigan Master Fund.

Notification pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG

We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 17
September, 2010 the voting interest held by Senrigan Master Fund, Grand Cayman,
KY1-1104, Cayman Islands in Balda AG, Bergkirchener Street 228, D-32549 Bad
Oyenhausen, Germany exceeded the threshold of 5 % and amounts to 5.34 %, i.e.
2,892,844 voting rights.

Notification pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG

We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 17
September, 2010 the voting interest held by Senrigan Capital Management Limited,
Grand Cayman, KY1-1104, Cayman Islands in Balda AG, Bergkirchener Street 228,
D-32549 Bad Oyenhausen, Germany exceeded the threshold of 5 % and amounts to
5.34 %, (2,892,844 voting rights) at this day. 5.34 % (2,892,844 voting rights)
are attributable to Senrigan Capital Management Limited in accordance with sec.
22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with Sentence 2 of the WpHG.
Name of the shareholder holding directly 3 % voting rights or more which are
attributed to Senrigan Capital Management Limited is Senrigan Master Fund.
