We hereby notify according to sec. § 26 para. 1 sentence 1 WpHG that on
November 25, 2010 we received a Disclosure of Voting Rights acc. to sec. 21 et
seq. WpHG by Det Kongelige Finansdepartment (Royal Ministry of Finance), Oslo,
Norway, in which we were informed of the following:
On November 23, 2010:
the voting rights of the state of Norway in Nordex SE exceeded the threshold of
3 % and amount to 3,21 % (2.145.700 voting rights) as of November 23, 2010.
The voting rights are held by Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway) Organization
Number 937 884 117 which is controlled by the state of Norway, and the voting
rights held by Norges Bank are to be attributed to the state of Norway pursuant
to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
