Frankfurt (euro adhoc) - June 21, 2011 - Today the shares of Orient
Energy & Logistics Holdings Ltd. were initially traded in the Open
Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. In the early hours of today´s
trading, the first price for the shares was determined at EUR1.40.

The board of the Hong-Kong-based company had travelled to the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange to follow the initiation of the trading.
"This is a very important date in our company history. The listing
and trading of our shares here in Frankfurt is a logical step and
important milestone in our business development and our ambitious
growth strategy", Mr. John C.A. Koo, the company´s Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer, commented after the event on the prestigious
dealing floor in the heart of Frankfurt´s financial district.

Market in Frankfurt since May 18, 2011. For its capital market
activities in Germany in general and the listing in Frankfurt in
particular, the Chinese Holding has mandated the experienced and
well-renowned capital market advisors from Renell
Wertpapierhandelsbank AG. Investor and public relations specialists
from Frankfurt-based financial relations GmbH are responsible for
professional presentation of the company to investors and the general
